Project Description: Reconstruction of an urban playground which
includes a new play area with play equipment, a basketball court and
a commemorative photographic mural and space for Bill ‘Bojangles’
Robinson.

P.S. 64 Playground
Location: Queens, New York
Client: New York City Parks and Recreation
Project Description: Reconstruction of a 1.5 acre urban playground
adjacent to a school.  Includes new play equipment, court play areas,
water feature and plaza seating areas.
Construction Budget: $700,000

Ocean Hill Playground
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Client: New York City Parks and Recreation
Project Description: Reconstruction of a 1.75 acre playground
adjacent to a school. Includes new tennis courts, basketball courts,
play equipment, ball field, photographic mural, water feature, seating
areas and plantings.
Construction Budget: $1,030,000

East River Esplanade between 103rd Street and 125th Street
Location: FDR Drive, Manhattan, New York
Client: Harry Macklowe Real Estate
Project Description: New plantings for twenty-two blocks of the East River
Esplanade which included over 400 trees and 4500 shrubs.

Linear Park along Florida Avenue
Location:  New Orleans, Louisiana

Project Description: Design of a passive linear park, 1.2 miles long by
widths of 200' to 300', along Florida Avenue in the Ninth Ward of New
Orleans. The design includes a central sculpture feature, a meandering
bike/jogging path, an open-air auditorium space, open play areas,
playgrounds, picnic areas, and a created swamp display area.
Construction Cost Estimate:  $8 million
Al Trione Sports Complex
Locations: Daphne, Alabama
Client: City of Daphne
Project Description:  Master Plan for a new 95 acre sports complex.
The program includes six Dixie Youth fields, two Dixie Boys fields,
four Girls Softball fields, four soccer fields, a jogging trail, a park and
playground area and a recreation center.
Estimated Cost: Approximately $8 million
 
Old Tanner Williams Road Community Park
Location:  Mobile County, Alabama
Client:  County of Mobile, Alabama
Joint Venture: Brandon Adams & Fredrick Rux, A Joint Venture
Project Description:  Design of the first phase of a community park. The
project included a new softball field and bleachers, playground equipment
and safety surfacing, a shelter, walkways, a parking area, plantings,
irrigation, and other site amenities.
Construction Budget:: $585,000

Millers Park
Location:  Mobile, Alabama
Client:  City of Mobile
Project Description:  Master plan for the renovation of an existing 12.5 acre
ballpark. The program includes new Babe Ruth League, Little League, Girls
Softball and T-Ball Fields. Also included are parking areas and the
renovation of the existing concession/restroom building.
